Educational Homeschool gifts

I hope y’all had a wonderful Christmas. We had a wonderful Christmas here in Oklahoma it was pretty warm. Some of our family came up to visit which was great. This year I tried to ask for more educational gifts for the kids. They have plenty of toys to play with. It would be nice to have more educational toys or experiences for the kids. I will be sharing all the educational gifts that the kids received for Christmas from us and family. Here are some educational homeschool gifts.

Educational Homeschool gifts - Are you looking for some fun hands-on educational gifts for your homeschoolers? I share a few educational gifts that we have recently added to our homeschool. #homeschool #educationalgifts #homeschoolgifts #educational #homeschooling #dearlyndsey

Discovery Dino excavation/Smithsonian dino dig kit

We love dino excavations they are great hands-on activities. I make my kiddos break them open either outside or in an area where I can clean up the dusty mess easily. It is great for younger kiddos to work on their fine motor skills. They also learn the element of surprise when they finally reach a small piece of the dino fossil.

Tegu Robot/Tegu Helicopter

We love Tegu blocks so much! We couldn’t pass these up for our classroom. My older kiddo still loves building with these. Again, this helps work on fine motor skills. The tegu robots and Tegu helicopter are fun for building skills too.

Discovery Maze planter/Discovery Weather terrarium

Science experiments made easy. We love science projects in our homeschool. I try to get science kit every chance I get. They are great to have on hand for days when we need to add a fun science experiment. I love that you can make a unit study around these two kits. You can use my Scientific method printable to track the experiments. I am using the Discovery maze planter in our plant unit study. I am planning on using the Discovery Weather terrarium in a weather unit study.

These kits and building sets are perfect for our fun Friday’s. It makes ending the school week fun and relaxed. This helps the kid wind down from all the work they have done throughout the week. It helps us stay out of that homeschool burnout. Plus, the kids get excited about fun Fridays. You can check out my video as well for a little be more on these educational gifts.
